Registration fees were payable in Canadian dollars (quite low relative to most of the world's currencies at the moment); payment may have been made by Visa, MasterCard, institutional check or Western University speed codes or account numbers only.
The lower, early fees were available until June 6, 9 am EDT; the higher, regular fees now applied until the end of the Workshop.
Registration fees for technical program participants (Students and Full/Post-Docs) included all conference materials, the opening reception, all coffee breaks, four lunches including a box lunch on Wednesday and an excursion to Niagara Falls followed by a banquet at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. These registration fees also included attendance at the tutorial on Friday, August 12 (including lunch and coffee breaks) but you must have indicated that you will be attending.
Student fee - regular (after June 6), $550. CDN (plus tax, if applicable)
Full/Post-Doc fee - regular (after June 6), $900. CDN (plus tax, if applicable)
Registration fees for Accompanying Persons included attendance at the opening reception, a box lunch Wednesday and an excursion to Niagara Falls followed by a banquet at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum.
Accompanying Adult fee - regular (after June 6), $260. CDN (plus tax)
Accompanying Child (under age 12) fee - regular (after June 6), $195 CDN (plus tax)
