Abstract Submission

Abstract submission opened on January 18, 2016. 

We continued to accept abstracts until Wednesday, June 15, 2016 (23:59 EDT).  Abstracts for contributed presentations should have been sent (preferably as both .pdf and .doc/docx files) to mgordon@uwo.ca.

There was a student poster competition with cash prizes provided by a generous contribtion from Professor Emeritus Ian Mitchell, Department of Physics and Astronomy, Western University.

A brief overview of the abstract style follows:

All text must be black Times New Roman on letter-size pages with 2.5 cm margins on all four sides.

Title - 14 point, bold, centred

Authors - 10 point, centred; presenting author in bold, corresponding author underlined; if the presenting author is the corresponding author, that name should be 10 point, bold, underlined

Corresponding author's e-mail address - 10 point, flush left

Address information - 10 point, italic, centred

The body of the abstract begins on the third line after the author information

Body of abstract - 12 point, justified, with one line between paragraphs and before references
