A block of rooms was held in London Hall.
London Hall features furnished suites featuring two or three lockable bedrooms with double beds, one and a half bathrooms, a common area, as well as a food preparation area complete with stove top, microwave and refrigerator. Each suite has its own heat/air-conditioning unit. Each bed is made with linen, 2 pillows, a blanket and a bedspread. Towels, a face cloth, soap and a drinking cup are also provided. These facilities have floor lounges, a dining room, patio, fitness room, laundry facilities, a computer lab and a music room.

Wireless High Speed Internet is complimentary in bedrooms (you must provide your own lap top, iPad, etc.). There is also a mini computer lab in the residence to read and send e-mails. User name and passwords for internet access will be provided at the Front Desk.
Complimentary parking was available in the Huron Flats parking lot by the TD Stadium.
London Hall is adjacent to a bus stop for the London Transit Commission; bus passes, valid for the duration of HRDP8 and the tutorial, were provided to all registrants should they have wished to explore London.
The cost for the room and breakfast was $65. CDN plus tax per person per night. It was also possible to have booked an entire suite for $125 CDN plus tax per night. If you required a three-bedroom suite, you should have e-mailed this information directly to Conference Services after you completed your on-line booking.
Access to booking accommodations in London Hall is no longer available.
Other accommodations
The Windermere Manor is on the edge of campus (but not on a bus route) and is approximately a 1.5 km (15 - 20 minute) walk from the Physics and Astronomy Building.
The Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre is about 2.6 km from the Physics and Astronomy Building. A block of rooms has been reserved for HRDP8 at a lower rate than their usual summer rate. Room registration for the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre may be accessed here.
The Station Park All Suite Hotel is about 3.2 km from the Physics and Astronomy Building, located between campus and downtown and is on several bus routes that go directly to the Physics and Astronomy Building (less than 10 minutes if not rush hour).
